Travel Fee: For events more than 50 miles from Washington, D.C., an additional travel fee of $75 will apply.

Booking & Payment Terms:

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your event. This amount will be applied toward the final balance.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before the party begins.

Rescheduling Policy: Events may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the event without any additional fees. If rescheduled after this period, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be charged 75% of the total cost.
